What we collect
When you request a scan or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, website, and anything you write in the message field. We also keep standard server logs.
What we do with it
- Run the scan you asked for and reply to you.
- Provide services if you become a client.
- Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
Our forms have two separate, optional texting boxes, neither pre-checked. If you tick the “Scan updates by text” box, Show Up First Marketing (Show Up First / BuiltMonthly) may send you informational texts about your scan, your appointment, or your account. If you also tick the separate “Offers and tips by text” box, we may send occasional marketing texts (up to 4 per month). Ticking the informational box alone never opts you in to marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold, shared with, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We send you direct replies, not automated drip campaigns. Ask us to delete your information at any time: admin@showupfirst.ai.
Data security
We protect the information you send us with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, restricted access, and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it to serve you. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. We don’t run third-party ad trackers on this site.
