“Day four and it still swings.”
I walk to work over the Las Olas bridge in August. My blowouts used to die by the second block. Marguerite’s lasted through Thursday, and I got it on Monday. I signed up for the subscription before I left.

The Color Issue
Cut. Color.
Blowouts.
A five-chair salon off Las Olas, published monthly in hair.

Editor’s letter
Verso is the left-hand page of a magazine, the one you turn to. It is also five chairs, two colorists and a very good round brush on a side street off Las Olas.
We book one guest per stylist at a time. No double-booking while your color processes, no assistant you have never met finishing your blowout. Every first visit starts with fifteen free minutes in the chair with your hair dry, so we can see what it actually does in Fort Lauderdale air before anyone picks up shears.
Then we cut it to fall right on day three, not only on the way out the door.
Inés Marchetti, founder & lead colorist

Three guests, photographed the afternoon they left the chair. Hover or tap a photograph for the second angle.
“Good color is the one nobody asks you about. They just ask if you slept.”
Humidity is not an excuse. It’s a brief.
House rule, since 2017
The Price List18

Starting prices, printed in full. Long or very dense hair is quoted in the chair, before we begin. No add-ons at the register.

I came in wanting platinum. Dani showed me what that would do to my hair over three sessions and what it would cost, then suggested a soft copper instead. No upsell, the opposite. Strangers stop me about my hair now.
Inés cut it dry, which I had never seen. Ten weeks later it still has a shape. The price on the website was the price at the desk, which should not be notable but is.
One guest per stylist is real. My colorist stayed with me the whole time my highlights processed and nobody else was squeezed in. I have curly hair and left with curls, not a flat-ironed apology.
