Tear-off to the deck, re-nail sheathing to current code, replace what’s rotten at a unit price you see in advance. Permit, inspections and haul-off included.
Emergency dry-in, then a documented repair: photos before and after, the cause named, and a written note you can hand to your insurer.
24-gauge steel or .032 aluminum near salt water, mechanically locked seams, concealed clips. Panels are roll-formed to length on your driveway.
Foam-set or mechanically fastened to the approved pattern for your wind zone. We re-use sound tile on repairs and match discontinued profiles where we can.
