Lowpoint Golf Performance · Boca Raton, FL
6:41 a.m. Dew on the ball, sun on the horizon. Nothing measured yet, so nothing is known.
0.0004 s. Club speed, face angle, attack, dynamic loft. Every yard you will ever hit is decided right here.
Carry, not hope. Launch, spin and speed put the ball there. We show you which of the three is holding you back.
01 The idea
Lowpoint is the performance academy on the north tee line of the Sandpiper Bend driving range. No membership, no dress code, no waiting list. A launch monitor, two force plates, a strength room and four coaches who work from your numbers, not their opinions.
Walk in from the range. Leave with a printed plan and the same data the tours train on.
02 Your numbers
Drag to your driver club speed. We project ball speed and carry for a well-struck drive and tell you which program moves that number fastest.
We'd start you in
$1,150 for the block
Around the amateur average. The fastest gains usually come from strike, not speed: an assessment, six coached sessions and two strength sessions to move your centered-strike rate up before we chase mph.
Book thisProjection assumes a driver, a centered strike and a 1.48 smash factor. Your real numbers come from your assessment, and they are usually more interesting.
03 1:1 coaching
Four steps from your first swing to a number you can defend.

No mystery, no sales pitch. Here is the clock.
Handicap, injuries, goals, what your misses look like. Ten minutes, coffee included.
Sixteen tests for rotation, hip hinge, single-leg balance and thoracic turn. Each one maps to a swing fault it tends to cause.
Ten swings on the plates. We watch where your pressure goes and how hard you push into the ground, and when.
Fifteen 7-irons, fifteen drivers. Club speed, ball speed, smash, launch, spin, attack angle, face-to-path, carry, dispersion.
Your numbers next to the averages for your handicap and age. We circle the one thing costing you the most strokes.
A printed page: the fix, the drills, the program we recommend and what it costs. Take it home. No pressure to book.
06 Speed gains
A speed block from spring 2026, driver club speed on the day-one and day-42 tests. Shown as sample data for this design, so the names are invented and the numbers are illustrative.
Individual results vary with age, fitness, injury history and attendance. Speed training is strenuous; we screen every player first.

07 Coaches

Fourteen years coaching, the last six with force plates. Ran a college program's player development before opening Lowpoint.

Runs the 1:1 lab bays and the Elite juniors. Former mini-tour player who got faster at 34 and wants to show you how.

Writes every strength block in the building and screens every speed-training player. Believes most swing faults start below the hips.
Beginners and the ladies' class. Patient, funny, and still the only coach here who can explain smash factor with a tennis ball.
Certifications are described generically on this sample; a real site would name the issuing bodies.
08 Tonight, tomorrow, Saturday
Sandpiper Bend, north tee line. Open 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., lights on the range until close.
Every session ends with a number that went up, stayed put, or went down. You will always know which.
Ninety minutes on the plates and the monitor, a printed plan, and no pressure to book anything after.

Assessment showed my low point was two inches behind the ball. Six sessions later my 7-iron carry is up 14 yards and I stopped hitting it fat. They printed the before and after.
My daughter is in Pathway. The coaches text me her numbers after Saturday sessions and she actually reads them. She hit her first 150-yard drive in June.
Went from 96 to 103 mph in the spring speed block. Never got hurt, which is what I was scared of. The strength coach screened me first and changed two drills because of my back.
Took the beginner Saturday pack at 61 having never played. Six weeks in I can get the ball in the air every time and I know why when I don't. Worth every dollar of the $210.
